KATRINA FOSTER, PRESIDENT & FOUNDER KKPR
aka The Mad Scientist
Katrina Foster, owner of Kconceptual Kreations, now KKPR Marketing & Public Relations, is a marketing and public relations executive based in Milford, PA. Dubbed by some of her contemporaries and associates as the "Spark Plug" and the "Mad Scientist", Katrina adds light, energy and creativity into every project her company takes on.
Growing up in the small town of Milford, PA – named one of the coolest towns in American by Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel magazine – she learned the importance of cultivating relationships at an early age. Katrina also learned the value of hard work and time management, as she worked full-time and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Marketing from Penn State University. Graduating Magna Cum Laude, she was destined to make her mark in this world.
In 2006, she decided to launch her own marketing and public relations agency, Kconceptual Kreations and over the course of the last four years, she has grown from a one-woman, home-based business to having part-time administrative staff, sales executives, designers, and additional marketing and public relations executives. Katrina was also named "Top 20 Under 40 Business and Community Leaders" by Sussex County in 2009, as well as nominated for 2010 SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
After only four years in business, Katrina was not only able to build her business, but also find herself in her company and its new image. With a passion for business, creativity and people, Katrina will continue to grow her company for many years to come.

JODY WELSH, SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
aka The Little S&M Machine
After getting her feet wet in the sales and marketing arena, Jody joined the KKPR team in September 2010. Bringing a fun, warm, outgoing yet sensible attitude to the team - when she has her eye on the prize, there is no stopping our little 'S&M Machine.'
Standing tall alongside the tiny, yet mighty mad scientist and cooking up creative concepts for KKPR clients, Jody helps take ideas from their inception to their delivery, ensuring that every nook and cranny is cared for with attention to detail. Indulging herself in every aspect of a project, you can rest assured that the finished product is exactly what you dreamed.
Jody grew up here, in the heart of Milford, where she took college classes at Northampton Community College for Early Childhood. Taking that knowledge, she worked as a pre-school teacher's assistant for several years. As Jody grew older, she looked to expand her horizons and went into sales and marketing. Her experience with babies and small children certainly laid the ground work for her stellar ability to give people exactly what they want, even when they aren't sure how to communicate it.
Realizing that sales and marketing (the baiss for our S&M Machine!) came naturally to her, she quickly rose to the top at her previous position. Hungry for more fun and exciting work, Jody started working with KKPR as a part-time sales coordinator for our brand, Restaurant Week Along the Delaware.
After a few short weeks, Jody realized how much she really enjoyed sales and marketing for a boutique marketing and communications company, taking a S&M position with us.
Jody looks to feed her creative S&M hunger with KKPR as a sales and marketing coordinator, with the hopes of one day ruling the world with Katrina.

CAITLAN VILL, SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR

Having started her higher education in Marine Biology and later adding French, this girl finally came to her senses and took her knack for art and her brain for business and burst into the fiery field of marketing.
Having dabbled in business consulting, marketing research and advertising campaigns, she's the wholesome go-to gal with serious potential. Don't get us wrong, she's sweet...but lethal. Just the way we like 'em!
Caitlan is ambitious yet determined to make her mark alongside the Mad Scientis and the little S&M Machine. After completing her BSBA Marketing and Certificate in Advertising from Kutztown Univeristy, she wandered back to her hometown, Milford, only to be snatched up by KKPR in June 2011. On lockdown to learn the ropes, this eager woman is getting a taste of all that marketing and communications has to offer and is hungry for more...After running her ideas and creative solutions through the ol' KKPR gauntlet, we're unleashing her into the Markets...Vill is coming to a town near you!
KATIE KNAPP, MARKETING COORDINATOR
aka KNAPP
At only 17 years old and not even out of high school, Katie is putting her finest work on the tables at KKPR to prepare for her big-break out of Milford and into college to pursue her dream of conquering the business world. After contacting KKPR out of interest through her Business and Marketing class at Delaware Valley High School, she soon was granted the opportunity for a summer internship which unexpectedly turned into an after school job getting more than she bargained for. At the hands of the Mad Scientist, rest assured that she is being molded into one heck of a spit fire with a lot of passion for the industry. Quiet yet unexpectedly unrestrained, Katie strives for excellence making her fit right in with the krazy KKPR team. Although her plans are to move down south in the future, who knows what will happen and where she will end up, especially with KKPR's capability, they might keep Knapp captivated in Milford forever!
THE DESIGNERS
aka The Vikings
We keep our design staff locked in a small room with no windows. They are a very fascinating breed…creative, energetic and just a little crazy. So we just let them work. We let them sack and pillage creative problems in their own little room and besides they don't like to be disturbed. This way, no one gets hurt.
P.S. We beg of you…Don't feed them! They become unmanageable!
THE 'TERNS
Eager to learn, hungry, smart and goofy - just the way we like 'em. Somehow we manage to herd the little mongrels we call 'terns, with wide-eyes and wavering egos, and throw them to the wolves. Nevertheless, they manage to land on their little feet and learn what it's really like to be a part of one of the most cut-throat industries. Over time their egos are warranted and they are ready to be a part of the Krazy KKPR team. But sometimes we have to set them free into the wild - so watch out for a KKPR 'tern! You never know when you might spot one...you can tell by their feet (just a little hint from us to you!).
